EXT204 Emotional Intelligence (EQ) for Today's Leaders

Today's difficult times of unpredictable, unprecedented upheavals are also opportunities for creative breakthroughs and innovative changes in the workplace. A leader who can use both mind and heart (rational and gut feelings) will be able -- through courage and commitment -- to use Creative Problem Solving processes and Design and Agile Thinking to achieve high levels of effectiveness and significant transformation in the workplace. We will explore the components of emotional intelligence; its significance and applicability in our contemporary business landscape and ways to nurture EQ. An EQ Self Assessment Profile will be used to help you learn about your own strengths and vulnerabilities and work to enhance your personal EQ.
