2023 might be my 10th year attending CPSI!
At the last two CPSI conferences I was a presenter: Navigating Change in 2021 and Connecting the Dots (to make learning stick) in 2022.
I love helping people with what I call the four Cs: Creative Problem Solving, Change Management, Communication, and Collaboration.
Every session I run must be practical, relevant and engaging....otherwise, why do it?!
My goal is always to have people thinking differently as they leave, and fired up to Do Something with what they've learned.
It seems every organization struggles with at least one of the four Cs. I've recently focused my practice on Conversations that spark dialogue and engagement so that no one is rolling their eyes...rather they are thinking about how to move forward in a solution-focused manner, and all feel valued for their ability to contribute to the conversation and action plan. The motivation spins ever-upward. No quiet quitting going on here.
